Z-M Intelligence is a paid library at intelligence.zmatc.com.au. It does four things and tries to do them well.

It tracks the laws and standards that govern AI, cyber, defence, and digital services across the Asia-Pacific. The Policy Monitor watches authoritative government sources across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea at launch — expanding APAC-wide. Every change to a tracked policy is captured, hashed, and version-history preserved. Members can pin any historical version with a citation-stable URL.

It curates the frameworks that shape policy. The Library holds the documents that government, industry, and counsel actually need to consult — public-release reports from DSTG, NIST, ASD, OECD, World Bank, the Productivity Commission, and others — alongside an editor's note that explains why each one matters and how it connects to the rest.

It publishes analysis. Long-form thinking from the director, plus invited contributions from senior figures elsewhere in the field. AI-assisted drafting, human authorship, sources cited at the end of every piece.

It refuses to be more than that. No comments. No social. No infinite scroll. No personalisation algorithms guessing what you want. No restricted or classified material — public-release only, with a documented rights stance on every entry.
